What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 2 days before check-in for a full refund. You can cancel yourself on your trip page.
Why book direct?
You pay no platform booking fees, you deal with us directly, and you get the same homes you'd find elsewhere.
When will I get check-in details?
Your confirmation email and trip page have the address and check-in time. Entry instructions follow before arrival.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
