Your booking

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation code. The total shown at checkout includes all fees and taxes and is charged in full when your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

If you cancel at least 48 hours before check-in (measured from the home's check-in time), you receive a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded. You can cancel on your trip page or by contacting us.

During your stay

Guests must follow the house rules shown on each home's page, including occupancy limits. The person who books is responsible for their party and for damage beyond normal wear.
