Privacy policy

Review this page with your own advisor before taking live bookings.

Stay Portland collects the details you give when you book: your name, email, phone number and payment card. We use them to complete and manage your booking and to contact you about your stay.

Your booking details are shared with our property management system and our booking platform, StayKit, to create your reservation. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.

We keep booking records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. To ask about or delete your information, contact trevor@simplyvrm.com.
